What is Fresh Swag Outlet’s Refund Process?

We inspect all returned items when they arrive at our processing facility. If your return is a result of an FSO error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and original shipping charges.

You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of shipping your package back to us. In many cases you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate four weeks based on these factors:

·         The time required for return shipping (up to 14 days)

·         Product inspection at our return facility (up to 5 business days)

·         Processing from your financial institution (up to 5 business days).

You will be notified via email with the details of the refund, and we will issue the refund back to the form of payment used to make the purchase.

How are other refund types issued?

Refunds or credits can be issued for various reasons, and in different ways. There are three ways you may receive a credit or refund from Fresh Swag Outlet:  
Refunds to an Outside Payment Method (credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, etc.):
Refunds to an outside payment method can be issued to you only in relation to an FSO order. When a refund to one of these payment methods is issued, the credit is sent to the appropriate financial institution. The time it takes for it to become available depends on their specific processing timeframes. 
Refunds as In-Store Credit:

  • In-store credit is added directly to your FSO account and is immediately available for your use. If you do not see it immediately, you may need to log out and log back into your account.
  • In store credit is applied automatically at check out. Your available in store credit balance will be used to cover all or parts of the balance of your order until it has been used in full.
  • You can check your in-store credit by logging into MyAccount and checking the Payment Preferences & Balances under Account Settings.


Which credits are refunded to my original payment method?

Refunds for returns are usually issued back to your original payment method

How long do credits take to apply to my store card/outside payment method?

Posting timeframes for credits to your outside method of payment is dependent on that financial institution’s posting timeframes. On average, it can take up to 5 business days for a credit to become available. If you have questions, we recommend reaching out to your financial institution directly for more information.

For refunds back to an original outside payment source (Credit card, debit card, PayPal, progressive leasing, etc.), please check with them directly for information on posting timeframes.

Return steps:

For returned packages, we will notify customers via e-mail once we have received returned packages and directly arrange refund to our customer. Customers can reply us via e-mail to know reshipment, store credit, or ask for the refund back to the card used. Notes:

  • Please contact us within 7 days after the package delivered.
  • We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
  • Please do not make returns directly to the address on the package received. Only send to the address that our customer service provided. Which will be provided during your call, and a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number will be provided.
  • Please note that all returned items must be in good condition and will not affect the second sale.
  • Contact us before you return the package to get the shipping address or other details. We can only issue the refund when we get the package back. We will notify you by e-mail at that time.
  • Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment that was used to place your order.
  • No exchange or return on promotional items or items on sale.
  • We do not offer Freight to Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost. unless a mistake is made by Fresh Swag Outlet.


Refund Policy

Clients who find there are some items damage due to the long-time transportation or unhappy with the purchase and would like to return the items, please contact the customer services first and send the item(s) back to our Distribution Center in accordance with the following Return Policy.

  • Items must be sent back within 7 days of the delivery date. We allow consumers to apply for return within 7 days after ordering
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed.
  • Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
  • Bodysuits, swimwear, and undergarments are non-returnable.
  • Damage, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of delivery. (Note: if such items are not reported in a timely fashion, we will not issue store credit. Please email: support@freshswagoutlet.com
    Returns are processed within 3-5 business days after your item(s) are received at our Distribution Center.
  • Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns);
  • No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.

All returns are refunded via store credit into your shopping account or return according to the original payment method.

FSO does not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.
